Half siblings meeting

My DC is missing his Sister. They share a dad but he isnt around. DC lives with me, his sis lives 15min drive away with her mum.

I would really like to take him for a walk with her.

I'm guessing the law sees this as 2 households meeting therefore not allowed? Is that right?

You could take the sister with you for a walk. Would the bother allow this? That would be within the guidelines. For you all to go together, when you're not one another's support bubble wouldn't be.
However, plenty of people are breaking the rules and meeting up in parks and similar.....

Oh that might work. He is 6 so I thought he and I counted as 2 people. But he could visit his dad if he was here, but not a sibling... It's a bloody minefield. The headlines make me think I could very well end up with a police fine, which I couldn't afford.

If their dad was around they could both go and visit him at the same time. If sister was a baby the mum could take your son as the mum would be one person, your son would be one person and the baby sister wouldn't count.

Honestly in those circumstances I'd go to a park / playground where the siblings could play together. You and the other mum can supervise the siblings playing together from a distance. The children are each one person, you and the other mum should stay well away from each others' child.

If the father is having all of his children, from different mothers, that's not an issue as it's permissible for contsct with nrp to continue.

You can meet one other person outside for exercise. So you meet the mum and DC meets his sister.
