A relative is disabled physically, not CEV. Her husband her carer and 2 kids under 12.
They have stayed away from everyone since March. It's really taking toll on the husband as well as the kids.

I thought if someone was disabled and had a full time live in carer they could form a bubble? So they could form with one of their sets of parents?

And so as not to drop feed both sets of their parents are in a childcare bubble but only gets used maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks.

I can't bubble with them as we have a bubble. So that's their other option

Legally they can make a support bubble: www.gov.uk/guidance/making-a-support-bubble-with-another-household.

It doesn't sound safe for them to get a support bubble with someone providing childcare. That person needs to drop the childcare responsibility if they want to help. The DH also needs to register with the GP as a carer to get an early vaccine.

The person isnt vulnerable. Its a physical disability that takes a full time carer.
The dh I belive has had 1st dose but I'm not sure.
Thank you. I thought that I'll let them know and hopefully they can form a bubble with a set of parents

Yes I think they can form a bubble, you’re allowed if you’re the only adult in a household that doesn’t need continuous care. I’m assuming a live in carer doesn’t count as an adult in the household though, as the guidance states carers that visit aren’t included, but doesn’t mention anything about live in carers.
