Look at the ME guides to pacing - it is very similar.

Key is to do a very little several times... so never tiring yourself out - always having energy left in the bank.

For example - walking to the end of the garden and back three times in a day - or from the sofa to the bed three times or whatever

Something so gentle it doesn't trigger you getting worse. And then gradually building up in small steps- with patience

I'm interested to hear what others say. I had covid in December , before that I wasn't the fittest of folk but exercised , busy life, always on the go etc. Now I'm struggling to get through the work day I'm so tired, 7 weeks on !
I'd like to start with a bit more exercise than walking the dog slowly but not sure where to start .
