Anyone know anything about Swiftqueue?

My GP surgery shows a link to Swiftqueue to book a Covid jab. Does anyone know how it works?

I booked my dh's vaccine through this. It just came up with a list of hospital clinics and which vaccine they were offering.

I don't know for the covid jab, but I use it for blood tests. You have to sign up once and then you can just book your appointments for whatever it is you're booking online, finding the clinic that is the relevant one for you. As apps go I find it very easy to use and it's much easier than having to wait in endless phone queues to book or change appts. Irs a very new app though (I think - I get weekly bloods done and I was only told about this just before Xmas) so, that's maybe why you've not heard of it.

It's not that new. It's been around for quite some time in one form or another.

Oh well that's annoying lol; because it's much easier than the phone calls I've been making. Maybe where j live has only just started using it or something then - I'll tell myself that so I don't think of the many hours on hold to change or make appts!

I use it for blood tests. We have 8 local chemists who do them and two hospitals. It's very easy to use. It's been around a good few years.
