Key worker in mass testing area

If someone lives in one of the areas identified for mass testing for South African variant, can they still go to work if they’re a key worker? Can the kids go to school (key worker/vulnerable children)?

Yes. There is no change to the lockdown rules in those areas. People are encouraged to follow them as strictly as possible.
