My 17 year old dd has asked if I mind if she meets her friend today. I am unsure of the risks, does anyone know?

As long as they stay a sensible distance from each other they’ll be fine.

It’s low risk if they stay 2m apart. If they dont then the risk is higher.

Also better if they don't directly face each other while chatting, so much better to chat while both walking along side by side (with a gap) rather than sitting opposite each other on a picnic table and chatting

Yes, as long as they distance 2m.
