How are things in Israel?

Am interested to hear how things are going there now that they've vaccinated such a high proportion of the population. I had heard that the infection rates were falling drastically but would be really interesting to hear from anyone in the know

I wonder if people are having allergic reactions to the second Pfizer jab more than the first. I guess we'll hear it from there first if so.
