They say its not a export ban as such.
Its more a extra layer of authorisation and it gives member states power to block vaccines leaving for other countries ie Belgium.
My question is what exactly is it?
Whats the criteria to authorise export or not authorise export to fulfill contracts between other 3rd countries outside of EU and private pharmaceutical companies.
Surly they need to publish the details of this measure?
Is it a vague threat to strong arms uk giving them vaccines or is it something they honestly plan to enact?
So example at Phizer factory the eu commission person is checking which orders to authorise.
This maybe will slow orders down if they authorise at same speed at EMA.
UK orders no delay they have plenty!

Australia well they doing really well our situation is worse we need it more don't send.
Surely logically contracts are fulfilled in order they were purchased and paid for.
Does this additional export authorisation change that fact?
Ursurlas latest tweet seems dig at AZ as they feel they not fulfilled their contractual arrangements with Oxford AZ.
This doesn't bother the UK we have that vaccine.
But will it effect phizer or was that German MEP over exaggerated measure if making the UK pay.
Seems Phizer having production issues so will all countries who ordered and waiting get equal amounts less?
My understanding is they scrapped article 16 in relation to NI but they still want to restrict exports outside of UK from from European member states.
