I've seen this reported in a few places, plus even a few weeks back I read the plan was for pubs/restaurants to open on the early May Bank Holiday. Selfishly, I hope so, as my birthday is in early May!
So I suspect this is at least a plan they are considering but seeing as some teachers are already talking about invoking section 44 again on 8 March regardless of what cases are like and even though cases could be much lower if the current trajectory continues, who knows. Schools are back first so if that is delayed, everything is delayed.
