Best mask recommendations?

I've heard that the fabric ones are not as effective.

Any recommendations?

We have cambridge masks and they seem quite good. It's a company not a type of mask just he careful ic you google as there seems to be some dodgy knock offs. They have a FBk page.

FFP2’s or FFP3’s are the only ones they will offer good protection to the wearer. Everything else is mostly to protect others from you.
