Do I need to self-isolate again?

I had a positive test for Covid on the 5th January so I am now out of isolation. Dgs has been sent home from nursery school with a continuous cough which he did not have when he went at 9 this morning. He now has to be tested.

I was in close contact with him on Friday as I collected him from nursery and what I need to know is if I had Covid 3 weeks ago do I self-isolate?

Close contacts are those in contact 48 hours before symptoms started. If you saw him Friday afternoon then your 48 hours would take you until Sunday afternoon so I wouldn't think you need to isolate.
