Bubble Confusion

I am a lodger and my landlord is elderly. He has daily carers (for company not personal care) but also receives visits from one of his children, their spouse and child. I am confused as to what the guidelines say about bubbles - is he classed as living alone? Am I? I haven't been seeing my partner as I didn't think I could/should. I'm finding it all rather lonely and difficult and don't honestly know what I should be doing/ not doing.

No I guess technically you and your landlord are a household so not allowed a support bubble. Personally if I were you I would form a bubble with your partner anyway but depends if you're happy to break the nonsensical rules.
