Where do people get the vaccination numbers?

The dashboard releases vaccination numbers around 4pm every day. But an hour or more before that people seem to already know them, at least for England. Where do they get them?

Presumably every vaccination centre has an admin bod who collates info on all recipients (GPS informed etc) including totals given, and does a daily return?

Then that's all collated centrally - the published figures are always for the numbers the previous day
