Phase 2 vaccinations. Proposed date?

Anyone know if the government have a proposed date for phase 2 vaccinations?
Are they aiming for everyone in phase 1 to be done by spring?

Last I heard, yes - phase 1 to be done by the spring, but that is a bit of a fluid term!! I think they were suggesting phase 1 might be done by end of April, all being well. It probably depends on how the rollout of the second doses is going, as that will have to be started by then and will take up some of the capacity.
