Self Isolation Question

Sorry in advance if this seems to be a stupid question!

About 3 weeks ago I had an alert on the covid app to say I had been in close contact with someone who has covid and told to self isolate. I didn’t develop symptoms and returned to work after this period.

In work we have covid tests every week. I have had negative tests since returning but my most recent test (Monday) was positive! Very shocked as I had no symptoms, and now all I have is tiredness, slight ache in shoulders, headache and a scratchy throat. Fingers crossed it won’t get any worse!

I understand that DP also has to self isolate. All he has is a scratchy throat, but was told it was ok (by 119) to arrange a test yesterday (which was negative). I know if he develops any of the 3 main symptoms he has to self isolate for a further 10 days, but if he develops symptoms on say, day 11, which would be out of my self isolation period, would I need to self isolate again? I only started this job back in November so I’m worried about how work will react if I have to stay home again (not that it could be helped if it was the case!)

Thanks in advance for the replies.
