I was so bored l watched Mastermind last week - the Welsh language version. Fortunately there were subtitles as I do not speak Welsh.

@WitchesBritchesPumpkinPants I'm exactly the same. My kitchen is a shit tip but I just can't summon the energy to go in and clean it. At the moment I'm basically just washing a cup or a plate as and when I need one. I'm finding lately even doing the most basic things on my days off exhausts me and I need to go lay down.

@cyclingmad my cocker likes putting his paws on the window ledge, so he’s stretched up tall to look out of the window.

He refuses to be bathed, so he’s always filthy (but very happy to be so) and leaves dust and dirt everywhere.
The skirting under the windowsill was covered in a thick layer of grime that even for a slattern like me was bordering on unacceptable. I only did that filthy section - not the whole room.

I cleaned inside the kitchen cupboards for the second time since Christmas today. Yesterday was very exciting! I had my flu jab AND went to Waitrose!

I dont have time to wash my skirting boards when theres yet another railway journey programme to watch on telly.....

I keep looking at sorting out kitchen food cupboard but not braved sortiNg yet, I know I am going to end up finding packets and jars from 6 years ago despite only cleaning it out a couple years ago.
Sorted most of the other ones just the food one , thing is i have more get up and go when I work, currently off and finding I am doing less housework than when I work and its not because I am more organised .

I wish I had time to be bored between working fulltime and then having to homeschool after a 12 hour shift .

I've ordered a new toilet seat. I knew you'd all be jealous

I sorted out my cleaning cupboard today. I have method spray cleaners in 4 different scents. My favourite is clementine.

Dream of being bored. No cleaning since schools closed (WFH) and it really needs it. Volunteers welcome . I think everyone fits into 1 of 2 camps just now, the bored and the exhausted, neither ideal.

I'm so bored that when the radio played 'We didn't start the fire' by Billy Joel the other day, I came home and googled the lyrics and then went through every single historical/person reference and ensured I learned all about the references I wasn't familiar with

Moved the bed yesterday and hoovered up the felt that seemed to be growing under there.
Thinking of hoovering the cracks between the floorboards with the long, thin hoover attachment today.
Will the excitement ever end 😁
