Missed track and trace call!

Hi everyone has anyone else missed a trsck and trace phone call. Dh had a missed call and googled the number and it was track and trace. They called yesterday morning and we haven’t had a call back and we can’t call the. Umber back. Has anyone else missed a call and did they call back . Thanks in advance

My niece missed a couple as they called whilst she was working. They called back later.

@InDubiousBattle that’s good then Thankyou. They called him yesterday morning but we haven’t heard back since then. I just assumed they would ring back straight away

There is a form online you can fill in as well with your contacts. I was sent a link with my test results.

@soundofsilence1 would we have to fill this out as we haven’t been for a test. We haven’t got covid. We just got the track and trace missed call. So we assumed that the people we have been in contact with (we had a man for the boiler out) has tested positive maybe but we are not sure

We also checked the number and it’s the legitimate nhs number but we have received no other call since yesterday morning and no emails or text messages either
