Test and trace phone call

Hi everyone has anyone else missed a test and trace phone call. Dh had a missed call and googled the number and it was test and trace. They called yesterday morning and we haven’t had a call back and we can’t call the. Umber back. Has anyone else missed a call and did they call back . Thanks in advance

Is he aware if he has been in contact with a positive case?
T&T will normally try every 2 hours between 8-8

It may well be that an advisor has mistakenly dialled a wrong number if he hasn’t had another call.

All that is presuming he hasn’t had a positive result himself.

@ChristmasCovid thanks for your reply . No he is unaware of any positive test and hasn’t tested positive himself either. We had a company that were fixing our boiler in our house one day this week and one day last week but apart from that he hasn’t seen anybody at all. It just seemed strange he had a call at 11 yesterday morning which he missed and nothing since then
