Dd developed cough and sore throat last week and tested negative- I now have sore throat and cough but have not left the house (or the rest of the family) in over a week - it's clear I have whatever dd has ...but.... should I test anyway in case hers was a false negative or would it be a waste of a test as it's probably just a cold? My cough isn't as bad as hers and I'm not sure I can class it as continuous but my throat is very sore. Opinions please....
