www.nhs.uk/conditions/vitamins-and-minerals/vitamin-d/

This says 10 micrograms / 400 iu

Sorry I was distracted so didn’t register about the Covid complications.

Anything between 10 and 100ug or 400 to 4000IU should be ok

bobbiester · 16/01/2021 08:01

Personally if I don't take at least 1000 IU I become deficient (medically diagnosed not a.subjectuve view).

I take a spray with 1000iu. Always took cod liver oil but it's not as high.

An NHS dietitian told me 400, covid or not. Especially with a reasonable diet.
