Do I have to self-isolate?

My partner has been contacted by track and trace... he has to self isolate for 10 days. Do I? Or only if he shows symptoms? (He is not currently)
I have a baby and getting out for a walk with him every day is my sanity.
I can't seem to find guidance on this situation on the NHS website.

I don't think you do. Only the person contacted needs to.
Unless he develops symptoms.

If he gets symptoms then you need to isolate

No you don't. At the moment you are a contact of a contact so you can leave the house, go shopping etc. If your DH develops symptoms then yes, absolutely isolate.

You don’t need to isolate until/if your partner shows symptoms.
