Moving house in 3 weeks...

I will be moving in the thick of this pandemic and am wondering what other people have done. We can move a lot ourselves, but the heavy stuff needs to be done by movers. It feels so foolish and I’m nervous about virus spread, but we’ve been waiting years now and there is no other time but now. We have to homeschool as well and I’m getting quite anxious about it all and not sleeping.
Can anyone share their experiences and give any advice?

We moved last week with removals. It was fine. Social distancing all adhered to by everyone. We had the windows open in the old and new property, and cleaned all the handles etc..... when everyone had gone.

I'm moving at some point soon (no date yet but I'm almost certain it will be during the lockdown still)
It is just me moving out of a shared house and in to a flat by myself. I won't need removals but my plan is to rope some friends in, I deem it essential and we will try to distance as much as possible.
