I know Joe Wicks is doing his thing on YouTube but my two really need to get out once a day. I've got the geocaching app installed and was hoping they'd do couch to 5k but I think it's a no go.
Any ideas most welcome. They're both 11 and I have a 7month old so I can do her walk at the same time.

We do a mile every morning after the first block of learning- usually 3 laps behind our house. My youngest is 9 months so we do the walk with her in her buggy.

I’ve not long started C25K and have roped my 8, 10 and 12 year olds in for that some evenings too.

Why do you think it's a 'no-go' OP? Sounds like a great idea! I'm sure, if you explain it all carefully, they'll be capable of running in a socially considerate way. Go for it!

We’re doing a mile run most days. Laps round the local green. They keep trying the best their best time, 10 and 12 year old.

Sledging! A walk to somewhere interesting (park, stream to throw sticks in, post box etc). Joe Wicks and cosmic kids. Kick a football around. Kitchen dancing.

Big teen: cycling to work, cycling on paper round, occasional walk with me.

Little teen: collecting firewood, chopping wood, odd walk or cycle ride, DIY, gardening.

Go for a walk and feed the ducks, go for a walk and kick a ball, go for a walk and play in the park and repeat Hmm

Cycling in the spring/summer but last on the bike before October half term.

Walking, cycling, it's dull as shit, I hate it.
