What do you think they mean by that?

No weddings / parties / hospitality?

Or just mask wearing and isolating if I'll?

I should imagine christmas will be much smaller for many many years to come. It may always be no mixing in winter.
Do you really think people will accept that?
Henlie · 12/01/2021 14:14

I’m guessing what they potentially mean by restrictions next winter, is that the virus mutates so much that the current vaccine needs to be tweaked and they need to revaccinate everyone....same as they do with Flu. Therefore back to restricted mixing/wearing masks whilst this is carried out maybe?

Saz12 · 12/01/2021 14:19

I imagine that those who refuse the vaccine will be restricted in some of what they’re allowed to do without getting a negative Covid test first.
I would hope that those in age-groups not yet vaccinated will be allowed to fro restrictions as they’re low risk of needing hospital treatment.

But those who have been vaccinated are surely not going to accept restrictions indefinitely.

Can't believe people actually think that the public will accept no socialising/mixing every winter Hmm

Maybe you should stop imagining.

@RosieLemonade

Summer had lots of normality last year but winter was awful. This will be the cycle for ever now.
Oh my God..... 😂

@Bluntness100

Meh, if the vaccine is completed by autumn likely very little to anything.
Exactly this.
