Is my son invisible?? I don't think so, so why do people in supermarkets just stretch over the top of him to get something off the top shelf instead of waiting a few seconds for him too move out of the way.

I'm a single mum (there is no dad around so no one to look after my 8 year old son when I go shopping once a week).

He's such a good boy and loves to help me coz I suffer with a bad back.

People are so impatient and just lean over him (sometimes they are not even wearing a mask).

It makes me so cross and sad that some people act this way 😭

I don't think that people see children as other persons that they should distance from in this pandemic. I've had people in the street coming up to my pram and leaning in breathing all over my baby. That is not social distancing! She spent her first week in NICU so I'd like people to stay away to keep her safe in case she gets sick in a bad way.

It feels hard to say step away please, just one minute, thank you the first few times. It does get easier.

They should be more considerate but our government have really done a number on telling everyone that children are low risk so they could get schools open etc. Hmm

This happened to me with my month old daughter earlier in the year. My husband was working away to had to take her shopping. The maskless woman lent over my daughter to start loading her shopping at the till. When I asked her to step back a little she went ballistic and starting yelling at me! Some people have no self awareness
