Grandparents or school?

My parents have offered to have my 4 year old and my 11 year old on the three days I work to avoid putting the 4 year old into school and my 11year old being home alone three days a week.

I’m working in school but I wouldn’t actually have any contact with my parents - I’d just drop the dc at the bottom of the drive and collect from there. The dc wouldn’t be having any other contact.

I assume this counts as a childcare bubble?

But is it risky? I could get it and give to dc and then to my parents - but I would know if I had it in all likelihood.

Yes, it’s a childcare bubble which is allowed and yes there is a risk you could get covid, pass it on to children, who could then pass it on to grandparents, but I would feel happier with them going to grandparents, providing they are not shielding or vulnerable.
