Child access

My ex has to see our kids for access at his mums house. She had to isolate and get tested earlier in the week, so obviously he was unable to see them.
He doesn't live there.
Today he was supposed to take them for exercise and see them for a bit.
He took them to his mums and she hid upstairs.
No negative result received.
How angry on a scale of 1-10 should I be?
My vision to him is blurred because of domestic abuse and I don't trust my judgement to be fair sometimes

I would be annoyed. Simply because it is unnecessary rather than any concern about risk to my children (unless there is extra vulnerability).

She she 100% not her result yet? It’s usually doesn’t take more than a couple of days so if she had it early in the week would expect results back by now.

No she definitely doesn't. They're a family of liars but I do know this.
