Any support / ideas for long covid sufferers?

I was hospitalised in February last year with a pretty nasty case of covid (there were no tests at the time but a subsequent antibody test confirmed I had it) and since then have suffered pretty much constantly with chronic breathing issues, constant cough, headaches and debilitating fatigue. I did lose sense of smell but that came back after around 6 months.

Some days are better than others and I manage to muddle through as I'm working from home and my husband has been a massive support, but I'm just so so so so fed up with being ill.

I've had countless courses of antibiotics, steroids and inhalers all with limited success so was wondering if anyone has been through similar and if there was anything that helped?
