Stressed about homeschooling

I'm getting really stressed about the start of homeschooling tomorrow. I have one DS in year 7, so I know lots of people have it harder, but I would like to hear other people's experiences.

Last time was fine as it well-being was prioritised over education and DS just focused on his hobbies. This time it's a full zoom timetable. I'm probably worrying about nothing, but I'm worried about DS getting into the right zoom classroom at the right time and actually doing some work rather than daydreaming. He's conscientious but gets distracted easily and quite anxious (also mild SEN).

How have your yr 7 kids found it?

Have 2 year 7s and have done really well.
They get sent invites so don't get into the wrong class.
I've encouraged mine to write a list of what needs to be done each day (in time order) and tick off as they go down.
One needs occasionally prompting to stay on task. Often sets timers to stay on task for a set amount of time.
I've also encouraged breaks /getting up to walk around. Keep drinks away from their workstation so they have to get up and move around.
Also encouraged to have all equipment ready for them to use.
Encouraging I independence so if they ask a question that I think they can answer I ask a question back so they end up answering their own questions.
Organisation and routine has been working for us so they pop the computers on to warm up while having breakfast so their ready on time etc.
Also knowing not every day is going to go perfectly and on those days have concentrated on live lessons and caught up with assignments on other days.
