My partner was due to start a new job on monday. They requested he done a coronavirus test as a requirement to start his new job. He done the test on thursday and it come back this morning positive 😭 He has had no symptoms, if it wasn't for his new job requesting he did a test we wouldn't have known!

We have a 9 week old baby! We live with his mum in a small 2 bed flat. I just don't know what to do! Do I leave him in the bedroom and me and baby stay in the living room or do we carry on as usual since were allready 3 days into our isolation! My baby still feeds every 3 hours, I don't know how I can do all the feeds myself, I'm exhasted already, currently struggling through a migraine for the past few days!

He needs to isolate away from you as much as possible. When he uses the bathroom he should clean all the surfaces. It is possible you have not got it so try your best.
Surely his mother can help you.

I’d keep a distance as much as you can. Just sleep/ rest in between feeds- breastfeeding mums have to.

Could the migraine actually be a Covid symptom

Loubylou79 · 11/01/2021 20:44

I would say the migraine may be a COVID symptom. A lot of people I know that have had it have had a bad headache sometimes as their only symptom. Hope you are all doing ok

This happened to my sister but she did actually get some very mild symptoms a few days later, a slight temperature and some breathlessness. She only had the test for precautionary reasons before going into hospital for an minor operation.

I would suggest with your migraine you get a test.
