Are people still getting flights?

Seem to be getting mixed messages - stay at home, stay local, but you can go on holiday if you have a test. Or am I misunderstanding?
Our airport is 20 miles away.

She got confused and didn’t know what tier she was in when she booked a holiday and flew to Dubai

So what constitutes essential travel? And how do they tally that withthe stay local rules? I bet they buy a Starbucks at the airport too!
