I debated whether to send my DC back to school on the Monday after Christmas. The school put a lot of pressure on for the children to come in, even though we were one of the original tier 4 areas and one of the DC had been isolating from the 4th December due to a cluster of cases. Sent DC back one day to have an email today to say there has been another outbreak and they have to self isolate. The self isolation isn't the issue, I'm just so angry that I have exposed DC for absolutely no benefit whatsoever. Honestly feel angry with myself and the school- who pressured me and told me the absence would be unauthorised if I kept them home.
