Experiences of getting covid a second time

Have you or anyone you know had covid twice? I just wondered if there was a pattern of feeling more or less unwell the second time?

I had it last spring with very few symptoms.. I'm thinking there new variants may be different reactions?

There was a recent thread on this, most people who definitely got it confirmed by antibody test that they had had covid earlier last year, that symptoms this time round were less severe.

In our family the consensus has been less severe, both for those of us who had it badly and those who had mild cases. I have heard of people who were worse the second time so I wouldn't rush out and experiment or anything, but I think there's reason for mild optimism.

..who had it badly and those who had mild cases the first time.

Thanks both, I'll scroll through and see if I can find it.

We think dh had it back In March but hasn’t had an antibody test, we’ve both tested positive since new year and he’s barely felt unwell at all, I on the other hand have felt awful.
