So many discussions about whether you can do something if the govt says you shouldn't rather than you must not.

It's only advisory!! Not breaking any rules!! Why shouldn't I?? Nobody's going to stop me, it's not against the rules because they only say 'shouldn't'!!!

I don't care about splitting hairs over shouldn't and mustn't. if it isn't essential don't do it. Look at what's happening in London. Look at the daily numbers. And watch this to the end...

Bit ironic that this is a clip of Glasgow based Kirsty Wark who has travelled to London specifically to present this programme. If the BBC want to lecture others on following the rules they should start with not having their presenters travel hundreds of miles on a daily or weekly basis.
