Current test result turnaround (drive in)

Sorry, I know this has been asked before but just hoping for an update.

DD had a (slight) temperature last night and I had migraines and loss of taste so we both had a drive through test today (Friday, 2:30pm). No other symptoms so I'm hoping for negative result.
Had a test in September and results were back in 24 hours...this time it said up to 5 days! Bearing in mind test appointments were much easier to come by this time... but are the labs more swamped now? What time scale have you had results back recently?

I'm in the north west.

Wednesday test at 4pm results Thursday morning 11:30 so less than 24 hours

I had one Wednesday 9.30am result was emailed at 3.20 am next morning. Text came later around 6.40am.

dd1's boyfriend had one on sunday. Test at about 5 results by 8 the next morning.

I had one at 2.45 pm and results back at 8am the following morning (28th)
