Feeling positive for the future

For the first time in months I feel positive about thenfuture: the vaccine will be rolled out; hopefully shops can increase trading again & life can slowly start to normalise. Oh and the sun is shining. Can’t wait for the summer.

Anyone else feeling optimistic?

Not yet.

Nope. Pissing with rain, freezing cold, kids are doing my head in, work is refurloghing people and redundancies are on the cards, hopefully not for me but I will be involved in the decision making process.

Feb half term break is cancelled and summer likely to go the same way.

It's a long way from over.

I am OP. Just a few more weeks to plough through.

Not sunny here though, freezing fog!

I am absolutely convinced that by May Bank Holiday, the pubs will be open without distancing and we will all be sitting outside in the sunshine.

I’m feeling very positive about May onwards. Couple of tough months to get through first but I do think the end of these very tough restrictions is in sight.

Yes, I think by April, things will be pretty much back to normal

Mindymomo · 08/01/2021 13:01

I generally don’t like January, getting up in the dark, coming home in the dark. Cold days and nights, but yes I’m staying positive for the coming months.

Alfaix · 08/01/2021 13:05

Yes. I’m getting involved in vaccine roll out and it’s really ramping up.

Mreggsworth · 08/01/2021 13:08

I'm getting there.
