Covid outbreak in China

It seems as if there may be a resurgence of Coronavirus in China, Hebei Province near Beijing.

after sporadic outbreaks since the New Year in Hebei’s capital of Shijiazhuang have grown into bigger clusters that now threaten to spread through the entire city.

I suppose it was inevitable that the virus would reappear in China eventually, it has slowed in India but not gone away and Japan has seen an increase as well.

It did come from China and their animal markets. They did start this off so why shouldn't someone be able to say how they feel about it being back there and why shouldn't they be able to say that actually they're not that sad that they're having to deal with the shit they caused?

I don't see how they can possibly blame UK based Chinese students given their quarantine regulations are the strictest in the world!
You have to self isolate within a camp/basic hotel in a room by yourself for two solid weeks, with patchy wifi and food pushed through a hatch in the door. It is basic, scary and the food is disgusting. We have friends in Beijing and they have to do this every time they go home.

Because it could as easily come from camels in the ME, eating horse labelled as beef in the EU or environment encroachment in Africa. We're ALL screwing with the environment so wanting harm to fall on 1 billion people because viruses behaved how viruses behave seems... what's the word for wishing ill l on entire demographics of people based on something out of their control? I think it ends with either -ism or -phobia.
