My children’s dad moved out about 6 weeks ago so this wasn’t an issue last lockdown.

He has the kids on whatever weekends he isn’t working (that’s not always every other weekend) but he lives locally so also comes round 1-2 evenings a week after work to see them.

Is this allowed because he is actually coming into the house? I know “moving between households” is allowed but wasn’t sure about when he actually comes in and spends time with them here.

There’s so much judgement and curtain twitching going on i don’t want to be reported with everything going on Sad

I think contact with their father is allowed however you do it, as essentially the risk is the same isn't it? If he has it he can give it to the children (and you) and vice versa.

My children have different dads and have been seeing them as per normal arrangements. I've got COVID at the moment so my children aren't seeing their dads until my isolation period ends at the weekend.
