Nausea and tiredness?

I'm currently isolating after being notified by the app I'd been in contact with someone who tested positive (no idea where or who)
Myself and DH both got the notification.
I'm feel exhausted but when I go to bed I can't sleep, nausea, stomach cramps and upset stomach. I can't describe the feeling, just drained and sick.
Did anyone who later tested positive start in this way? I can't see it being a stomach bug as we haven't left the house since New Year's Day and the incubation for norovirus is around 72 hours I believe?

Really? Did you feel similar to how I described? I can't get a test as I've had no cough, temp etc but it just makes me wonder if it's a coincidence or not x

I feel like this, mild nausea compared to last night and I'm beyond exhausted and achey all over. I'm waiting for results. Do you have
Any other symptoms op? Xx

I wouldn't usually test with those symptoms, but if I'd been in contact with a positive case and then felt the way you do, I'd go straight for a test. I've just read a few other threads on here where people have had a positive test with various other symptoms, not the standard 3 we're told to look out for.

Slightly different, I felt awful and was hospitalized, but whilst in resus I had the worst upset stomach which lasted 3 days, I didn't have an appetite for the next 5 days, still dont have one now 6 weeks later. I know of some other people, through my daughter who is a frontline worker, who have this as a symptom.

I feel a bit achy and shivery, headache. I'm so tired but I can't get comfortable when I try to sleep or I wake up feeling sick. It's not the sickest I've ever felt but I don't feel great and can't put my finger on it. I might see if I can get a test for peace of mind x
