Someone I know on Facebook posted a profile picture in relation to the NHS saying 'Stay Home, Save Lives'. All over Christmas this person was tier hopping and driving 2 hours from home daily to have family walks on the coast.
I'm not getting in to debates as I can see that exercise is good and going to a new places is good for mental health. I can also see that if the emergency services or breakdown recovery were needed this would impact too. Plus using public conveniences in another tier.
It just reminds me of these celebrities preaching to everyone else you must stay home because of covid or don't fly because of climate change. Yet these people who preach are the ones flying and driving all over the place. It is as though everyone else must stay in to compensate for their hypocritical behaviour.
Has anyone else found this with the covid preachers?
