What a fucking joke. Got my positive result this morning from a test taken on 2 January. Got sent a link to a website to fill in my contacts. I do not have a modern phone so cannot click on the link. I have spent 2 hours trying to type out the link address and get on the website, it said I should have a password but was not sent one. Anyway managed to get the password reset and started inputting my contacts, website is not working, it cannot handle the request or something.

FFS I have given up. I am ill, I have Covid. I feel like SHIT and cannot be arsed messing around on a sodding website that does not work. I need to be in bed.

No wonder it is spreading if the basic tracking service, which cost a fortune, is not fit for purpose.

Think you can phone them with the info instead. Is it 119 for covid related calls?

Or there's a number I found that nhs says they call from: 0300 013 5000.

It says if you don't complete the online form then they should contact you by phone anyway

Don’t stress about it just rest up, they will call you. They have called throughout my isolation, not daily but almost.

They never once rang me back in November, so good job I filled in the form really!
