I've been feeling lethargic, aching muscles. Sinus pain sore to touch. Snotty and a bit of a cough. Headache. Feeling sick. Upset stomach. Generally feeling wiped out and my heart is pounding. If it's not that then I'm worried what else it could be.

And the worst thing is I was in a primary school on Monday

It could be - take a test and isolate.

Or it could be any other number of viruses.
Or something ese.

But you won't know until oyu take a test

Isadora2007 · 06/01/2021 09:36

How would we know? Do a test.
It could be flu.

Frogshoe · 06/01/2021 09:36

My DH has just had a positive test and these are his symptoms exactly. I would get a test

Someone1987 · 06/01/2021 09:37

I just wondered if anyone who had had it already suffered similar symptoms as I've listed.

Yes mine started similarly (March...)

Seeline · 06/01/2021 09:46

test here and isolate until you get a negative result

cardswapping · 06/01/2021 09:48

My eight ball says "you can count on it".

Someone1987 · 06/01/2021 09:54

Thank you for the link @Seeline, I've ordered a home test. Thank you.

Those were my symptoms, I did have a fever too which was why I got tested. Got a positive result last Thursday :(

Someone1987 · 06/01/2021 10:17

@Kittybakes89 sending well wishes 💐 how are you doing now?

NanaRant · 06/01/2021 10:20

My entire family had COVID in March - 2 households, 7 of us. We all had a variety of those symptoms. In my opinion, the government's official symptoms are far too narrow. We all (except the 1 year old baby, who we couldn't tell) had headache's, for example, 2 had stomach upsets, 3 had a cough, 2 lost their sense of taste and smell.....
Definitely get a test. Good luck, hope you feel better soon

Frogshoe · 06/01/2021 10:51

@Someone1987 he is feeling very tired and run down. I hope you feel better

Kittybakes89 · 06/01/2021 15:38

I'm ok, tiredness hit the hardest. I also had the headaches I've seen a few others mention. If it hadn't been for the fever on the first night I probably wouldn't have got tested for another 4 or 5 days when the cough turned up. My husband has it too and hadn't had the fever at all.

Luckily our local test site has a lot of slots and a result turnaround of about 12 hours so handy to get a fast answer

Someone1987 · 06/01/2021 18:56

Thank you ladies.

I hope we all feel better soon. 💐💐💐
