Vaccination certificate??

Does anyone know if these exist? Often mentioned on MN

I've had 2 vaccinations 3 weeks apart.
All I was given was a vaccination appointment card with my name on, no other demographic details, the dates I had the injections and the lot numbers for each vaccination
No staff signatures
It in no way looks official

We weren't give one.
Since they changed the guidance about the second vaccine being changed to 12 weeks.
They said they weren't needed anymore.

Keep it safe - no one knows what they are doing and rules are changing every 10 minutes. It is possible that proof of vaccination may become a requirement in the future and if that gets introduced then more robust and official-looking documentation will be generated. The paper you have will be useful if that happens, but it may never be necessary.

Thank you
It's kept safe but I was just checking if others had got some more official certification
