Ok, I live in village 'B', with village 'A' and 'C' on either side. If I need to do something in Village 'C' on a daily basis, does this still count as your local area?

If the thing you 'need' to do is one of the 'reasonable excuses' defined in the guidance, and as of midnight tonight, the law then it's permitted anyway. If it's not then no.

A friend had moved her horse to the village at the beginning of December for a two month holiday (grass livery) whilst waiting for a space at her new yard in Halifax (where she lives) and asked me to feed her whilst she's on livery in Saltburn.
