Do children count ?

On sky news it says when meeting 1 person for exercise children under 11 don't count.

I have a 2 year old. I could meet my father for a walk

I can't see anything about this for England on the gov website - does anyone know ?

Irrelevant in Wales as we arent allowed to meet anyone at all outside our household, even outside and regardless of their age. It could be worse...

The one person you meet should be in your support bubble.

Previous regulations said children under school age weren’t counted so I’d assume there’s going to be the same sort of exception this time round but I can’t find it in the guidance as of yet either!

Children under 5 do not count. And @JorisBonson the person you meet does not have to be on your support bubble stop making up rules that don’t exist. You can exercise alone, with your support bubble or with one other person (under 5s don’t count)
