I follow them on FB that’s how I knew about dr Chris and Xand.

He does work out videos and has cookbooks. He’s been streaming ‘PE’ sessions for kids in lockdown times, with the money raised going to the NHS charities I think.

He's just gone on insta live and seems quite overwhelmed. I feel for him.
