Is dh classed as vulnerable?

Dh has clots on his lungs and takes blood thinners, he's had no notification to class him as vulnerable or that he should be shielding. I guess he needs to decide for himself?

Everyone I know who has been told to shield was emailed when we went into tier 4.
They were told to shield till the 1st of February

Is he under the care of a haematologist? I've read that those on warfarin should switch to injectable thinners if they get covid to ensure anti coagulation continues - is he in warfarin? I also read last night that if on warfarin you need to have an INR check for the vaccine - but I believe that's a risk of bleeding at the injection site rather than the content of the vaccine itself.

Basically, who's he seeing medically and he should check in with them.

I think your best best is him contacting his medical team.
