Does anyone know if the lockdown in Scotland means you still have bubbles please? I'm not in a bubble and just going to stay in immediate household but considering whether to send my kids to my ex who has broken the rules a lot so far. Our son is asthmatic and has been in hdu with a cold before so i kept the kids last time for my sons safety but I was made the villain by my ex whi continued to see his girlfriend and her kids and whoever was connected to them.

What sort of bubble do you mean? You could still have children going between parents but that's shared parenting not a bubble

I mean can he be in an extended household bubble with his girlfriend and her kids- he doesn't live with them (and effectively her ex and whoever is in contact with him) or are custody arrangements the only permitted household mixing.
