Lockdown 1 = No schools. Barely anyone working out of the home apart from bare essential key workers. Barely any cars on road. Bare essential shops only. Limited numbers in shops.
Lockdown 2 = Most people I know seemed to qualify as a key worker and be allowed to work. Schools and after school clubs open. Normal traffic on roads. Very few shops shut. Many more exemptions to the rules.
