I had my first dose on Saturday afternoon and I now feel like utter crap.
I ache from head to toe, freezing cold, me head feels like it doesn't belong to my body and I feel sick.
From what I have read all of that is normal. What I wanted to check was how long is normal for these side effects to go on ??
I feel very similar to when I had covid. I test twice a week for work and this mornings has come back negative so not that.
I vaguely remember the nurse doing the jab saying if a fever lasted more than 48 hours to contact a dr. Trouble is my thermometer has chosen this moment to die so I'm not sure if I'm hot or not.
Anyone else in same boat ?
